Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through measurement and optimization.
Leverage social listening, analytics, and performance data to continuously improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
Identify emerging social trends and translate them into impactful campaigns.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, eCommerce, PR, and agency partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Manage and mentor one direct report while helping maximize agency performance.
Stay ahead of platform changes, AI tools, and evolving best practices across social media.

\nRequired Qualifications\n\n

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of progressive social media marketing experience.
Experience leading both the strategy and execution of social media for a large consumer brand.
Demonstrated success developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
Experience measuring influencer performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI using analytics and data.
Previous people management experience.
Strong understanding of today's social media landscape, emerging platforms, and evolving algorithms.
Experience leveraging AI tools within social media operations.
