Opportunity: Call Center Representative – Digital Banking Support
Hours: Full-Time (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Location: Remote (Applicants must reside in the Philly area)

Position Overview:
We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join their remote customer support team. This role involves assisting small business clients with their banking needs, resolving inquiries, and delivering high-quality service. Strong speaking and email communication skills are a must.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online banking account management.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure customers clearly understand the solutions provided.
  • Write professional, well-structured emails to address customer concerns and provide follow-up information.
  • Educate clients about digital banking features, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in their CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Location Requirement: Must reside in the Philadelphia area.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or banking is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for professional phone interactions.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise emails.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and troubleshooting online platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable Internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
