We are assisting our client to identify and hire a Business Analyst to join their team.
Our client provides cloud-based collection software solutions for financial institutions.  Their goal is to increase collections efficiency and provide insight into future credit decisions.

As a Business Analyst, the main responsibilities include translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, collaborating directly with the business and technical teams, and ensuring testing efforts validate the fulfillment of business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with the business line and product management team to understand business needs
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure that business needs are understood
• Contribute to the development of test plans and execute these plans
• Apply experience and understanding of the financial services industry throughout all stages, specifically in risk management

Experience:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years experience in the banking/credit union industry (is a plus)
• Background in financial services, specifically risk management, and collections
• SQL
• Microsoft DevOps
• Experience with User Experience Design is a plus
• BA/BS Degree in a related field
