We are assisting our client in identifying and hiring an Outside Sales Professional for Commercial Building Envelope sales.

Our client is a locally HQ, but national leader in commercial janitorial and building maintenance services.  Specifically, this position represents four commercial services: Windows, Maintenance, Restoration, and Waterproofing, supporting the Philly region.

• Outside sales, Customer-facing
• 5+ years of outside sales experience
• Experience prospecting and selling in the commercial building space
• Drive end-to-end sales
• Excellent cold calling skills
• Territory is driving new business growth in the Philadelphia suburban metro area
• Compensation: Base: $90k - $100k, OTE: $175+k
