Be Group is seeking Sales Executives for a national payroll and HR services provider supporting 50,000+ SMBs. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, selling payroll and workforce solutions to businesses with up to 500 employees.
Location: Washington, DC Area
Responsibilities
- Prospect, build pipeline, and close new business
- Partner with referral sources (CPAs, brokers, bankers, advisors)
- Conduct discovery, present solutions, negotiate, and close
- Build relationships with owners, CFOs, HR, and operations leaders
Training:
You’ll report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Payroll Territory Manager, including joint appointments during ramp-up.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years B2B sales (payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or similar)
- Proven SMB/mid-market success and quota attainment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation & Benefits:
