Outside Sales Executive

Be Group is seeking Sales Executives for a national payroll and HR services provider supporting 50,000+ SMBs. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, selling payroll and workforce solutions to businesses with up to 500 employees.

Location: Delaware Area


Responsibilities
  • Prospect, build pipeline, and close new business
  • Partner with referral sources (CPAs, brokers, bankers, advisors)
  • Conduct discovery, present solutions, negotiate, and close
  • Build relationships with owners, CFOs, HR, and operations leaders
Training:
You’ll report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Payroll Territory Manager, including joint appointments during ramp-up.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years B2B sales (payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or similar)
  • Proven SMB/mid-market success and quota attainment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Competitive base during ramp (3–6 months)
  • 40% commission on signed deals
