Opportunity: Call Center Representative – Digital Banking Support
Hours: Full-Time (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Location: Remote (Applicants must reside in the Philly area)

Position Overview:
We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join their remote customer support team. This role involves assisting small business clients with their banking needs, resolving inquiries, and delivering high-quality service. Strong speaking and email communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Support customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online banking account management.
Communicate effectively to ensure customers clearly understand the solutions provided.
Write professional, well-structured emails to address customer concerns and provide follow-up information.
Educate clients about digital banking features, products, and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in their CRM system.

Qualifications:

Location Requirement: Must reside in the Philadelphia area.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or banking is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills for professional phone interactions.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise emails.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and troubleshooting online platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
Reliable Internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
